Right of withdrawal

1. Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods — or of the last item, for an order of several goods delivered separately.

2. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to:

• —goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — for example an enclosure, impact screen or mat cut to your dimensions;
• —digital content and software licences activated with your consent before the end of the period;
• —sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons.

3. How to withdraw

Inform us of your decision before the period expires, by an unequivocal statement sent to info@pargagolf.be or by post to Electronic Parga SRL, Avenue de la Toison d'Or 1, 6900 Marche-en-Famenne, Belgium. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

Then return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you; for bulky equipment (enclosures, screens, simulators) this cost is estimated case by case and may be significant. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.

4. Refund

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of shipment. The refund is made using the same means of payment as the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise, at no cost to you.
