1. Data processed and purposes

The website does not require any account. The only personal data collected is what you enter in the quote or contact form: name, email address, message and, where relevant, the product or configuration you are interested in and your language.

This data is used exclusively to answer your request and prepare a quote (pre-contractual measures, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and subsequently to follow up on any resulting commercial relationship. We do no profiling, no automated advertising, and we never sell data.

2. Recipients and processors

Your data is processed by our team and by the technical providers strictly necessary to run the website:

• —Resend Inc. (United States) — delivery of quote-form emails, governed by standard contractual clauses;
• —Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting, server functions running in a European region (Paris);
• —OVHcloud (France) — domain name and mailboxes.

3. Retention periods

Quote requests and related exchanges are kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact. Contractual and accounting documents are kept for the applicable statutory periods.

4. Cookies

The website uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical storage is used (remembering your language preference), which is exempt from consent. That is why no cookie banner is displayed.

5. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them, write to info@pargagolf.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be).
