Terms and conditions of sale
These terms govern sales concluded by Electronic Parga SRL (0419.344.559), trading as Parga Golf Simulators, in store or at a distance following a request submitted via https://pargagolf.be.
1. Purpose and scope
The website does not allow online ordering or payment: every sale is preceded by a personalised quote, prepared free of charge on the basis of your request (product, configuration, optional installation). The sale is concluded upon written acceptance of the quote. In case of conflict, the specific terms of the quote prevail over these general terms.
2. Prices
Prices are in euros and include 21% Belgian VAT for consumers. Prices shown as a “Parga price incl. VAT” are confirmed selling prices on the stated date; amounts labelled “indicative public price” come from the manufacturers and do not constitute an offer on our part. The final price, any delivery or installation costs and the validity period appear on the quote.
3. Order and payment
Payment terms (any deposit, balance, accepted payment methods) are stated on the quote. Unless otherwise stated, the goods remain the property of the seller until full payment of the price.
4. Delivery and installation
Communicated delivery times are indicative and confirmed in the quote. Installation by our team, where provided for, appears as a separate line of the quote after technical validation of the premises (dimensions, ceiling height, power supply). Please check the apparent condition of the goods upon delivery and report any damage as soon as possible.
5. Right of withdrawal
For distance or off-premises purchases, consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period. The conditions, exceptions (notably custom-made goods) and the model form are detailed on the “Right of withdrawal” page of this website.
6. Warranties
Consumers benefit from the 2-year legal conformity warranty provided by Belgian law, starting from delivery. Any manufacturer's commercial warranty applies in addition to, and does not replace, this legal warranty. After-sales service is provided through our store in Marche-en-Famenne.
7. Complaints and mediation
Complaints may be sent to info@pargagolf.be or +32 84 32 32 32; we always look for a direct solution first. Failing agreement, consumers may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, box 1, 1000 Brussels — consumerombudsman.be).
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, the courts of the district of the registered office have jurisdiction.
