The three cost centres
A simulator is three building blocks. The launch monitor measures your shots: from the Garmin R10 at €499 to the premium devices (Garmin R50, Nvisage N1 — see product pages for current prices and offers). The structure catches the balls: a SimSpace enclosure with impact screen, from entry level to the retractable Vanish that disappears into the ceiling. The projection displays the course: a short-throw projector (from entry level to 4K laser) or simply a TV to start, plus a PC if you're aiming for GSPro.
A typical Comfort budget splits roughly a third each: launch monitor, enclosure and screen, projection and PC.
The four budget tiers (VAT incl., installation excl.)
Our packages follow real market pricing — the ranges below are honest, not teaser prices:
- Essential, €2,500 – 4,500: Square Golf or Garmin R10, compact enclosure or net + screen, mat, entry-level projection or TV. To start seriously.
- Comfort, €4,500 – 8,000: the most chosen tier. Accurate launch monitor, SimSpace enclosure with Platinum screen, BenQ short-throw projector, GSPro-ready PC.
- Premium, €8,000 – 15,000: Garmin R50 or ceiling-mounted Nvisage N1, large enclosure or retractable Vanish, 4K laser, GSPro 4K PC.
- Bespoke, €15,000+: commercial venues, clubs, hospitality — N1 + remote-controlled Vanish, dynamic slope platform, full study.
The costs nobody advertises
A few lines that never appear on product sheets and are worth budgeting from day one:
- Software: GSPro (~€250/year) or E6 Connect optional; Garmin Home Tee Hero ~€10/month. The Square app and the R50's built-in screen work without subscriptions.
- Specific balls: marked balls mandatory for the Nvisage N1 (12 included), dotted balls recommended for the Square Golf.
- The PC: essential for GSPro (RTX 4060 and up for 4K) and mandatory with the N1.
- Installation: assembly, calibration, cabling — quoted per configuration and region. It's also what guarantees everything works on the first evening.
The space you actually need
This is the criterion that eliminates before budget does. Allow 2.75 m of ceiling height to swing a driver safely, about 4 m of width to play centred, and a depth that depends on the device: ~3 m is enough for a Square Golf, R50 or N1, but the Garmin R10's radar demands ~4.5 m minimum (1.8 to 2.4 m behind the ball plus ball flight).
Below 2.4 m of ceiling, let's be honest: no full-swing simulator — work on putting and chipping, or tell us about your project; sometimes there's a room-by-room solution.

No, it's optional and quoted separately — every room is different. The technical visit checks dimensions, ceiling, power and light before any commitment.
